After your order
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will inform you by email or SMS.

On-site pickup
Pickup takes place during our opening hours.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Pickup is only possible after our confirmation and exclusively during our opening hours.

Shipping

If you choose shipping instead of pickup, the following options will automatically be available to you depending on your order and delivery address:

Parcel Shipping (DPD or Hermes)
Shipping within Germany. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Delivery Service)
Delivery within a 20 km radius for a minimum order value of €50. For orders placed by 11 AM, delivery usually takes place on the same day by 8 PM.

Pallet Delivery (Freight Forwarder)
For larger or bulky orders within a 20 km radius, also for a minimum order value of €50. Delivery will be arranged by appointment within 5 business days.

Please provide your phone number at checkout, as well as any notes such as a preferred drop-off location, so that we can optimally plan the delivery.

The available shipping options will be automatically displayed at checkout. Options that do not apply due to distance, order value, or weight will not be displayed.
