How long does it take for my order to ship?

Usually, the delivery time is 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. Should there be any delays, we will, of course, inform you immediately.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

No - currently we do not offer shipping to DHL Packstations. However, we regularly review the necessity and adjust our service accordingly.

What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

Currently, we do not offer free shipping.

We believe that shipping is a service with real costs, both for packaging and logistics, as well as transportation.

Therefore, out of ecological responsibility and a commitment to fair, transparent pricing, we calculate shipping costs separately instead of hiding them in the product prices.
