How it works
Select your desired products online and add them to your shopping cart.
In the checkout, choose the "Pick-up" option.
Complete your order and pay conveniently online.

After your order
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
As soon as your order is ready for pick-up, we will notify you by email or SMS.

On-site pick-up
Pick-up is available during our opening hours.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Important note
Pick-up is only possible after our confirmation and exclusively during our opening hours.

Shipping

If you choose shipping instead of pickup, the following options will automatically be available to you depending on your order and delivery address:

Parcel Shipping (DPD or Hermes)
Shipping within Germany. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Delivery Service)
Delivery within a 20 km radius for orders over a minimum value of 50 €. For orders placed by 11 AM, delivery usually occurs on the same day by 8 PM.

Pallet Delivery (Freight Forwarder)
For larger or bulky orders within a 20 km radius, also for a minimum order value of 50 €. Delivery will be made by appointment within 5 business days.

Please provide your phone number at checkout, as well as any instructions such as a desired drop-off location, so we can optimally plan the delivery.

The available shipping options will be automatically displayed at checkout. Options that are not applicable due to distance, order value, or weight will not be shown.
