Appropriate feeding of wild birds is an important contribution to the protection of our native bird life – not only in winter, but all year round. This all-season food for soft-food-eating wild birds is designed as a complete feed and usefully supplements the natural food supply, which is often no longer sufficient in our cultivated landscape. For feeding, we recommend protecting the food from moisture and keeping the feeding areas clean: food residues and droppings should be removed regularly to contribute positively to the health of wild birds. Please do not feed leftovers or breadcrumbs. It is best to set up the feeding station near shelter and escape routes. Store the food in a dry, cool and dark place and always provide fresh water daily – also because birds bathe in it.

On-site pickup
Pickup takes place during our opening hours.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Shipping

If you choose shipping instead of pickup, the following options will automatically be available to you depending on your order and delivery address:

Parcel Shipping (DPD or Hermes)
Shipping within Germany. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Local Delivery (Delivery Service)
Delivery within a 20 km radius for a minimum order value of €50. For orders placed by 11 AM, delivery usually takes place on the same day by 8 PM.

Pallet Delivery (Freight Forwarder)
For larger or bulky orders within a 20 km radius, also for a minimum order value of €50. Delivery will be arranged by appointment within 5 business days.

Please provide your phone number at checkout, as well as any notes such as a preferred drop-off location, so that we can optimally plan the delivery.
