Frunol Contra Insect Ant Spreading and Pouring Agent

Contra Ants is a scattering and pouring agent with a very good bait effect for targeted control of ants in and around the house – e.g., on patios, in conservatories, and on paths and squares. The fine-grained granules are picked up by the worker ants and carried into the nest, where they can also be absorbed by the queen and larvae – for a significantly more lasting effect than with purely immediate control.

The agent works through contact, respiratory, and ingestion toxicity and can also be used against woodlice. It can be scattered dry or, particularly effectively, applied to the nest as a pouring application. The effect lasts for several weeks, depending on conditions.

Application

• Scattering: Apply approx. 10 g/m² to infested areas, treat joints/cracks and the nest area intensively, and rake in lightly if necessary.

• Pouring (nest treatment): Stir approx. 20 g into 1 liter of water, mix well, and pour directly into the nest and surrounding area.

• 9 g/kg Etofenprox

• 0.75 g/kg Prallethrin

Important notes
Use biocidal products carefully. Always read the label and product information before use. Environmentally hazardous (GHS09) – do not allow to enter waters/sewerage, maintain safety distance from waters; toxic to bees. Keep children away and wear suitable protective gloves.
