GARDENA Irrigation Control with Bluetooth® App – smart, convenient and fully flexible
With the GARDENA Irrigation Control Bluetooth®, you can comfortably control your garden's irrigation via smartphone or tablet – without having to bend down to the tap or navigate complicated menus. The weather-resistant control unit is mounted directly on the outdoor tap and can be set up and operated via Bluetooth® within a radius of up to 10 m – for example, comfortably from your garden lounger.
The GARDENA Bluetooth® App (iOS & Android) guides you step-by-step through the setup. An irrigation assistant suggests suitable irrigation cycles for your garden – or you can create up to three custom schedules. Each plan can be set with individual start times, durations, and weekdays. If needed, you can activate a rain delay, so no unnecessary irrigation occurs during a wet week – this protects plants and conserves water.
For even greater efficiency, you can connect a separately available GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor. This prevents scheduled irrigation from starting if the soil is already sufficiently moist. Three status LEDs on the device show you the status of the Bluetooth® connection, irrigation, and 9 V battery at all times. One battery lasts for approximately one year of operation.
You can also manually start or stop irrigation at any time using the button on the device – ideal if you spontaneously need water. The GARDENA Safe Stop Function ensures that no new irrigation cycles are started when the battery is low, preventing uncontrolled irrigation.
